Cleveland, Ohio, October 24, 2017 – The B’laster Corporation – makers of the #1-selling penetrant, PB B’laster – announced today the appointment of Steven Matchinga as Senior Automotive Segment Manager.
In his new role, Matchinga is responsible for the management and growth of the company’s sales through the automotive channel, including managing external sales representatives. As a member of the B’laster sales team, he also oversees the launch of new products into the automotive channel. He reports to Ted Bradley, director of sales.

Matchinga brings more than 20 years of sales experience to B’laster, most recently with Turtle Wax of Addison, Ill. While there, he managed nine distribution channels, including automotive, as well as key accounts in the big box, automotive and industrial retail markets. Prior to Turtle Wax, Matchinga served as national accounts manager for The Yankee Candle Company, and spent more than a decade in various sales roles of increasing responsibility with The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company. He is a graduate of Kent State University.
