The B’laster Corporation has announced the promotion of Paul Gardner to the position of Vice President of Operations for the Valley View-based company that mnufactures penetrants, lubricants, rust inhibitors and a full line of specialty, highly concentrated formulas for the automotive, industrial, marine and hardware industries.
Mr. Gardner is in his 9th year at B’laster, starting out as an assistant plant manager before being promoted to general manager-plant operations. 22 full-time employees report to Paul.
In his new role, Paul will be responsible for three key roles within the organization: product placement, product procurement, and regulatory compliance. As for his new role, Paul says, “we will continue to produce an outstanding product, with a consumer friendly low price point. Taking part in our newly created leadership team, my main goal is to help grow the B’laster brand. We will accomplish this by adding new and unique products to the market, and expanding our customer base. A large goal we have set moving forward is to look outside the US and expand the B’laster brand to other countries.”
Paul has turned over day-to-day operations of the plant to new Plant Manager Jeff Gnall.
